brokenness

Hello FFM,

The weather outside is getting colder by the day and the street are already lit with glimmering lights of Christmas. Hopefully, we'll have a white Christmas this year, to see all of God's wonders anew.

Only if it could remain that way forever . . . Pretty soon all the festive holidays will be in the past and the snow will melt. We'll have to pick up where we left off in the new year. Many of us are eager to have a new beginning, a fresh start, to once more strive to do our very best.

May you never tire in reaching for your goals. May you strive all the more to accomplish all that your Father in Heaven has ordained. I'd like to encourage you to join us this winter for three days of excitement filled Jr. High Retreat. This year's theme is "Brokenness Complete." May of us are broken - our heats have been dashed, and trampled. Our relationships have suffered, what was once truest of friendships is now in disarray. In this new year let us once more turn to the Savior. May we come together with our individual wounds and see that we are not alone in this journey, but that we are all in need of Jesus together. Are you willing to be healed and to be restored by the greatest Lover of all times? Do you desire to be reconciled with your peers and to mend all the pains of the past? Then, join us. May the Lord God protect you and keep you all the days of your life.

Blessings,

P. David
